Alexis Soto is a self-taught musician, learning songs by ear. His uncle started him on his musical career when he presented him with his beloved guitar when Alexis was 13 years old. He started composing when he was 17 years old, spurred into musical creativity when he broke up with his girlfriend. He is now majoring in music in college. His influences are jazz, Latin jazz, funk and blues. His inspirations are God, heartfelt emotions, thought-provoking music and the friends and family in his life.
